No shortage of jobs, requisition for UPTET recruitment has been sent, advertisement to be issued soon

50,000 children died in eastern Uttar Pradesh in 40 years, but neither an SP Chief Minister nor a Congress Prime Minister came to see them

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, exposing the corruption of the Samajwadi Party, stated, “The initial cost of the JPNIC (Jaiprakash Narayan International Centre) built in Lucknow was only Rs 200 crore. The SP spent Rs 864 crore on it, yet it remained incomplete. This was not the money of the ‘Saifai Syndicate’, but the money of the people of the state. These people used to squander public money like water. If the government had invested money in it now, at least another Rs 150-200 crore would have been spent. They wanted to spend Rs 900-1000 crore from the government treasury and hand over this centre to a private company, which included Akhilesh, Dimple and Dharmendra Yadav.”

The Chief Minister was addressing a gathering on Saturday after inaugurating/laying the foundation stones for 80 development projects worth Rs 305 crore for the development of Salempur and Bhatpar Rani assembly constituencies. He greeted the sea of people gathered on the land of Baba Dugdheshwar Nath and also spoke about the plight before 2017 and the positive changes that came thereafter.

The CM stated, “The SP intended that the JPNIC, built with government money, would be run by a private company. It would have a hotel, club, gym etc., and the earnings would also go to the family. Akhilesh Yadav, Dimple Yadav, Dharmendra Yadav and their associates were forming a private company and carrying out a robbery on the state treasury. When our government came to power in 2017, we handed it over to the Lucknow Development Authority, which conducted an inquiry. After the report came, an advertisement was issued. We were not ready to spend more money on this project. Rather, the government has initiated arrangements so that even the money already spent should come back to the government treasury. The money that could have provided employment to the youth, built flyovers, innovation centres, universities etc., was being looted from the state treasury for their own indulgence. The SP chief who committed this sin should apologise to the people.”

The CM described the SP as synonymous with plunder and a gang of dacoits, stating, “Before 2017, the slogan ‘Dekh Sapai-Bitiya Ghabraai’ used to prevail. Parents and brothers remained worried about the safety of their daughters. When we were going to launch the free bus service on August 26, the sleep of SP’s Babua was broken and he hurriedly called a press conference. He did not even know what he had to say. He stated that Rs 40,000 would be taken from people. He did not even know that this was a programme to give, not to take.”

Raising questions over the functioning of the Samajwadi Party and its chief Akhilesh Yadav, the CM stated, “SP’s ‘Babua’ gets up at 12 noon after sleeping. Due to this, his head remains heavy and he becomes irritated. When journalists ask questions, he becomes ready to engage in abusive language and physical confrontation. I have heard that Akhilesh Yadav once put a sword to a journalist’s throat. The media works as the fourth pillar of democracy. If any government or administration does something wrong, the media draws attention to it, but when the media exposed the truth about Babua, he put a sword to the journalist’s throat!”

The CM said, “The facility of free bus travel along with a companion was provided in the buses of the Transport Corporation for 3 days, from August 27 to 29. Over the last 2 days, lakhs of women have availed the benefit of free travel. The free bus service continues today as well. From tomorrow, mothers above 60 years of age will get the facility of free travel in Corporation buses. The government is returning the money collected as tax from the people. Sixteen crore poor people are receiving free ration. Now no one can loot their ration.”

He stated, “The Samajwadi Party is actually a private limited company in which all members of one family will be found. The SP chief says that there are 5 MPs from one family, which is why the party has survived. He should be thankful that the SP has survived, otherwise it will meet the same fate as Janata Dal.”

The Chief Minister assured the youth that there is no shortage of jobs. Soon, 1 lakh young people will get government jobs. This will include the recruitment of 45,000 Home Guards and 36,000 police personnel, including 4,000 Sub Inspectors. Under the U.P. Public Service Commission, we are going to give appointment letters to 30,000 youth in different departments. We will also recruit teachers soon. 13 lakh young people have qualified in the UPTET examination. The requisition for this recruitment has been sent and the advertisement is going to be issued. A treasure of jobs is also going to be opened soon for these young people.

He further informed, “The government will provide tablets to two crore youth. More than 50 lakh youth have already received them, and an order for another 25 lakh has been placed. We will provide tablets to students in the final year of graduation. Now no one is able to interfere in jobs, and this is what irritates the SP chief. Now youth from every district are getting jobs. For the youth, there are jobs, employment and self-employment opportunities everywhere. At every Nyaya Panchayat level, youth will be given work as digital entrepreneurs.”

The CM stated, “From July 15 to November 15, Gorakhpur, Deoria, Maharajganj, Kushinagar, Sant Kabir Nagar, Basti and Siddharthnagar used to enter an atmosphere of fear and terror, wondering which child encephalitis might swallow next. Parents were forced to live under the shadow of fear. This was the sick mentality of the SP and Congress governments, which swallowed innocent children, but their sensitivity had died. 50 thousand innocent children lost their lives in 40 years, but neither an SP Chief Minister nor a Congress Chief Minister/Prime Minister came even once to see them or inquire about the condition of the poor.”

He continues by saying, “Before 2017, children went to school barefoot, buildings were dilapidated, daughters dropped out of school, teachers were absent, and the ration meant for the poor was usurped. Musahars, the poor, the deprived and Dalits died of hunger, but the governments of that time did not inquire about their condition. Instead, after selling the ration of the poor, they had handed over their party to the mafia. The mafia used to run a parallel government.”

The CM stated, “The double-engine government cares for every child. Whether it is July or November, no parent has to worry about their child now. We have permanently eliminated encephalitis (Navki disease). The result of good governance is that the poor are receiving ration, electricity, housing and toilets without having to ask, while the youth are getting employment and government jobs. In nine and a half years, we have provided more than 9.5 lakh government jobs. Nearly 3 crore youth are getting employment. Now even disturbances, riots and violence cannot take place before festivals here.”

The CM informed, “After the BJP’s double-engine government came to power, development works in Deoria are setting new benchmarks. Deoria now has a medical college named after Maharshi Devaraha Baba. Freedom fighter Raghav Baba was a Congress MLA, but despite opposing the Congress government, he had categorically stated that Ram is a symbol of honour, pride and glory. If the Congress government becomes an obstacle in the way of the Ram temple, he would not accept it. He openly opposed the appeasement policy of the Congress during the Ram Janmabhoomi movement.”

The CM stated, “Now no one calls UP a BIMARU state. The glow on the faces of people across the country and the world now shows that they are happy at the mention of UP. They say, ‘I wish I had also been born in UP, we too would experience Ram Rajya.’ The mafia have been reduced to dust. Those who breach the security of traders and daughters have only one place, either jail or hell.”

The CM remarked, “What can one expect from those whose willpower has died? When a Chief Minister works hard for 16-18 hours, only then can security and transformation be brought. We immediately approve the proposals sought from the MLAs. On the proposal of Sabhakuvar ji, we approved the flyover. Funds have been made available for the beautification of Dugdheshwar Nath Temple. The SP used to divert money meant for the beautification of temples to graveyards.”

On this occasion, Agriculture Minister Suryapratap Shahi, Minister of State for Rural Development Vijaylakshmi Gautam, MLA Sabhakuvar Kushwaha, Dr. Shalabh Mani Tripathi, Surendra Chaurasia, Deepak Kumar Mishra ‘Shaka’, District Panchayat Administrator Girish Chandra Tiwari, BJP District President Kali Prasad, former MP Ravindra Kushwaha and others were present.
